Nestling in a quiet backwater in Beaumaris, this bungalow is just a short level walk from the centre of the historic town of Beaumaris, where you will find plenty of excellent cafes and restaurants, lovely shops, galleries and many very good attractions.

A spacious well equipped kitchen, gas hob, electric fan oven, dishwasher, fridge and microwave with lots of utensils and gadgets to make holiday cooking easy. Through to the dining area with seating for six, this then forms part of the spacious sitting room with a coal effect gas fire, pretty outlook onto the terrace with lots of garden birds and the decked veranda to the front of the house where you catch glimpses of the Menai Strait through the trees. A 40" flat screen TV with DVD and video and separate Hi fi system. Sky Movies is included.

Sleeping six in two double bedrooms, one with ensuite shower with separate loo and wash hand basin. The twin bedroom, which is accessed through the sitting room, is ideal for children. Newly refurbished bathroom with bath and shower over, loo, wash hand basin, shaver point, wall heater and Expelair.

To the front of the house there is a lovely decked veranda with tables and chairs. A barbeque is provided. A wonderful calm sitting out area with a peaceful outlook through the trees to the Menai Straits.
