Notes

A late trip to Llandudno to await suitable tides into Conwy.

It was very warm and sunny for the time of year, and Carolyn decided to sun herself:

Legs

We anchored in Llandudno in a group:

Llandudno

The sunset was very nice as we de-anchored and set off for Conwy.  Genesis left first as we calculated any later and it would be dark by the time we got into Conwy.

Sunset

It got dark just after we tied up to the pontoon.  We awaited the other boats to come in.  We learnt afterwards that the pitch dark caused Osprey to get tangled up in some moorings.

That evening we entertained ourselves in the Conwy Cruising Club.

The next day was a pleasant sail across the Swatch.

Lessons Learned

  • Don't attempt entry into Conwy in the dark
